The Cottage feels like new construction with recessed lighting, carpeted bedroom, glass tile trim in the bath, and upscale furnishings including a sofa sleeper for extra guests.
This block of Taylor Street has large rear yards, and here that has been transformed into an "architectural" deck area created by Yancey Seibert, a leading Savannah-based designer. Either or both of them can be reserved with this property to accommodate larger groups such as for weddings, family reunions, and business group travel.
