The DeRenne Building stands high above the city as one of the Historic District’s tallest buildings. This Circa 1920 building was designed by local architect Henrik Wallin.
The City View Loft is located in this grand building. Step inside and open the balcony doors to reveal a wonderful views of the city. St. John’s Cathedral and the Savannah Theatre (a must see show) are both just a short stroll from this centrally located condo.
Inside, you’ll love the lightness of the rooms, with natural light coming in from the windows and balconies. The living room is spacious and welcoming. With all of the amazing restaurants in Savannah you probably won’t be eating in much, but if you do you’ll have a cozy kitchen in which to prepare meals. The bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed and TV. The bathroom is ensuite.
A perfect place to take beautiful photos of the city or just relax and enjoy all Savannah has to offer!
NOTE: There is a $200 per month cleaning fee. Housekeeping will clean every two weeks, which will arrange with you.
